What can you expect from a social event film or phot package from writepic.com? Firstly, I work in media stock so you can expect the best quality media quality. As all of my equipment is updated to media industry standards, and produces material that can be found on TV and printed press around the world, this means that your dvd or photos will be of a standard that you would expect if you bought your product from any highstreet retailer.

DVD Production: As well as collecting a great range of shots whilst filming your amazing day, it is equally important that those shots are edited together properly, with correct colour information, clear sound reproduction, and easy to follow menus with a sympathetic layout,all of course nicely snchronised with great music. With ample experience in editing and authoring dvd's, you can expect a top class product from us.

Sound Licensing: These days, music usage is a legal minefield. Digital downloading has enabled any dvd producer to put in any kind of sound track ripped straight from your favourite film soundtrack or music CD. However the legal responsibility can fall upon you, the couple, for purchasing illegally obtained music. All of the music used in our dvd productions are sourced with this in mind and are fully licensed to be used for your and your family's enjoyment without the worry that you are breaking the law.

Cameras: For video we currently use Sony XD EX1's for video capture, these incredible cameras provide crystal clear images that are currently leading the digital video market. For stills I use Nikon D2xs bodies and a range of lenses.

Presentation: We carefully choose our packaging, to compliment the product within it. Whilst a terrible video or set of photos cannot be made better with a fancy album or dvd box, we feel our products deserve to be presented in a high quality package. Likewise, when we turn up to film your event, we are dressed appropriately and behave considerately, trying not to impose ourselves in an overbearing manner.

Payment: To book we need a 20% deposit, with the rest payable on the day of the wedding without exception. The deposit is unfortunately non returnable.

Delivery: It is usual that most couples go on a honeymoon, usually for two weeks, therefore we arrange our workflow to produce the final product two weeks after the event. This allows us to check for errors and create a product that you will be proud to own. If you to postpone your honeymoon until a later date, or as in some cases, you don't have a honeymoon, please bear in mind that you will not be able to see your product for two weeks after the wedding.

Print numbers and costs: You will receive a CD with all of your images from the day, from which you will be able to choose 40 images from the basic, or 75 images from the Full day package, which you will receive in 7"x5" size, printed onto high quality innova archival paper, printed with high quality long lasting inks. The full day inlusive package includes a high quality album, and four large prints up to A3+. For the large prints you have the choice of satin or matt finish prints.
